At the 4-star Bois de Gravière campsite
The 4-star Bois de Gravière campsite offers year-round pitch rental, on which you can install a mobile home specially equipped for the mountains.
The annual pitch rental fee is €3200 for 2-bedroom mobile homes and €3300 for 3-bedroom mobile homes. The tourist tax and your water, electricity and gas consumption are not included in this price.
An initial equipment fee is also required on arrival, as well as a counter deposit.
The campsite is closed from October to the Christmas vacations.
Le 4-star Bois de Gravière campsite in Besse is ideally located close to the Super-Besse ski resort, allowing you to take advantage of the leisure activities offered by the mountains in both summer and winter.

Village Loisirs des Jardins d’Entraigues
The Village Loisir des Jardins d’Entraigues is a unique PRL, a veritable little paradise nestled between the Cascade d’Entraigues and the Bois Chaux waterfall. This PRL offers you a second home accessible all year round, from €55,000.
To become an owner on this PRL, all you have to do is choose your plot of between 250m² and 300m², purchase in full ownership (notarial deed), and choose your Chalet or Mobil-home equipped for mountain holidays.

The common areas of the PRL are managed by the co-owners’ association, of which you are a member, and cost around €150 per year.
Plots and chalets are subject to property tax of around €100 per year, depending on the model. Mobile homes are not subject to property tax.
The PRL Les Jardins d’Entraigues project is for 65 pitches, leaving around 15 available.
